Falcon Series

A family of heavy duty large capacity length gauges featuring automatic digital positioning with full computer control and the ability to interface with digitally generated cut charts or optimization routines.

The FALCON Series of cut-to-length gauges features a heavy duty welded steel stand with 12" wide solid (or optional roller conveyor) platform.

It is available in four configurations and in lengths of 10', 15' and 20'.



FALCON 100	Manually adjustable stop with tape/pointer for positioning and pneumatic brake for stop hold
FALCON 200	Automatic digital positioning of stop via keypad input of length and automatic pneumatic brake for stop hold
FALCON 200	Manually adjustable stop with infinite settings via tape/pointer utilizing pneumatic brake for stop hold

AG Series

A family of reasonably priced, manually set, length gauges utilizing both tape/pointer and digital display for positioning.

The AG Series of cut-to-length gauges feature an extruded aluminum 5" wide gauge platform and a heavy duty, precision machined manually adjustable stop.

It is available in three distinct configurations and in length capacities of 8', 10' and 12'.

These gauges are available with a multi-spoke gattling accessory for pre-programming the cut factors for your window components.



AG Basic	Manually adjustable stop with positive tooth engagement of stop into gauge platform. Incremental positions of 1/8", 1/16", 1/32" via tape/pointer with ± .010" accuracy
