Glenwillow, Ohio – February 5, 2019 | GED Integrated Solutions, Inc. (GED) has welcomed over 30 employees in 2018 as the company continues to grow. To keep pace with our sales growth, we have had to add several new individuals in key management positions. Please join us in welcoming the following managers to GED.
Bradly Duguay has been hired as the Director of Customer Service to plan, direct, and manage the operations of GED’s service department. Duties and responsibilities include formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources to serve our customers.
“GED is pleased to have Bradly on board to develop customer service strategies to continually improve our customers’ experiences with our brand,” said Bill Weaver, President & CEO of GED. “I’m confident the addition of Bradly to the GED Service Department will grow our service capabilities as well as strengthen the service team as a whole.”
Daniel McLean has been hired as the Product Marketing Manager (a new position to GED’s Marketing Department) to direct new product development programs for GED. He will also assist with product marketing programs for existing products by supporting the growth objectives for product sales via marketing programs. Additionally, he will be managing GED’s ecommerce initiative.
Dean O’Malley has been hired as the Manufacturing Manager who will lead, plan, direct, and coordinate the manufacturing operations of GED to ensure quality products are delivered on time to GED’s internal assembly departments, as well as external customers.
Trevor Kropf has been hired as a Regional Sales Manager—representing GED’s Canadian territory—to promote and sell all product offerings and serve our Canadian customers. Kropf has 20 years of industrial sales experience, and resides outside of Toronto, Ontario.
Additions have also been made to GED’s software and mechanical engineering departments, including Ryan Malov, Evan Moore, and TJ Sae-Kho.
“As we start this new year, we have many opportunities,” said Weaver. “Acquiring personnel who can assist our customers and identify and improve productivity and quality is critical, and an investment we will continue in 2019.”
